Return and Refund Policy
- If the product is still within the return period defined by the platform on which it was purchased (e.g., Amazon.com 30-Day Return Policy), we will follow the return and refund policy of that platform.
- If the product exceeds the return period of the purchase platform, we offer return and refund services for products that are still under warranty.
Return and Refund Procedure
- If you wish to request a return and refund, please contact us at support@yeismooi.com and provide the following information:
- Order number and purchase platform
- The serial number (S/N or SN) of the defective product (usually found on the product label)
- Reason for return
- Video/photo evidence
- Please ensure your explanation and media files clearly show the issue. We reserve the right to request additional video evidence of the issue encountered during troubleshooting.
- In some cases, it may be necessary to return the product for quality inspection. The buyer must ship the product back to us and provide a valid tracking number.
- If the wrong product is returned, the defective product is not returned, or an unauthorized return is made, the warranty for the product will be void.
- We are not responsible for any data loss during transportation or for any personal items included in the return shipment, regardless of whether the loss occurred intentionally or unintentionally.
- The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. We do not provide refunds for items damaged in transit.
- Once the refund eligibility is confirmed—or, in cases requiring a return, once we receive and confirm the returned product—we will process your refund within 10–15 business days.
- Refund Amount = Actual Cash Paid for the Product in the Order × (Remaining Warranty Period ÷ Total Warranty Period)
